- Our Fascia products are high density and load bearing meaning they are capable of supporting fixtures at any point on their length not just at rafter fixings.
- We use solid high-density soffit board instead of hollow clad option, which tends to sag between fixings.
- Fixings are made using 65mm stainless steel, ring shank polytop nails at 600mm centres, which are virtually invisible from ground level.
- We use square plastic blocks attached to the side of rafter ends to achieve a more stable fixing and a straighter and truer finished installation.
- Our box ends are manufactured on site using specially formed board ensuring a one- piece finish unique to HomeStyle.

- All plastic-to-plastic joints which are not floating expansion joints as stipulated in the B.B.A certification are made using specialist colourfast plastic cement.
- HomeStyle avoid the use of mastic sealants as they attract dirt and discolour over time.
- High quality rainwater goods are installed and fixed at a maximum 750mm centres to allow for 'snow loading'. Once installed they are wet tested before we leave the site.
- We install leaf guards in our guttering to prevent downpipes becoming blocked by organic matter.
- HomeStyle install rigid eaves guard to your roof edge to replace the worn and aged felt. This creates a continuous waterproof membrane and prevents rainwater welling behind the fascias.
- Our patented rigid eaves guard is installed in 3 meter lengths meaning less joints with standard 1 meter lengths.
- The rigid eaves guard channels rainwater directly into the gutter system.
- 'Bird combs' are installed at the tile edge to prevent entry to birds and vermin. (Not required with slate or rosemary roofs)
- In accordance with building regulations we install a 10mm continuous over fascia ventilation system. This cannot be seen from ground level and so improves the overall finished look of the installation.
- During the course of the installation we remove all roofline asbestos and dispose of it in accordance with strict environment agency guidelines.
- The gable end of the property is fully re-pointed using non-asbestos board and a 3-1 mix of sand and cement.
- All quotes are fully inclusive and we never charge a penny more regardless of what we find in the course of the installation.
